Istituto Image Supports Theodora Foundation Onlus

The picnics that bring dreams and smiles to hospitalized children are returning. On May 12th, the first of three charitable picnics organized by Theodora arrives in Milan. Istituto Image, as every year, actively participates by contributing to support children confined to long hospital stays. Theodora picnics originated in 2011 from an idea by Giovanna Ferrero Ventimiglia and Lucrezia Borromeo Arese.

Theodora Picnic: Initiative and Objectives

Theodora picnics are outdoor events organized in selected locations featuring creative workshops, performances, tournaments, and games where adults and children spend a relaxing day with family and friends. They represent a unique fundraising event dedicated to supporters of Theodora Foundation Onlus, which since 1995, through the activities of its Dream Doctors, has provided support to children and families during hospital stays.

The Mission of Theodora Foundation Onlus

The picnics help support the visits of Theodora's Dream Doctors to 35,000 hospitalized children (and 105,000 family members), caring for their 'healthy part.' Theodora operates in 150 hospitals and institutions across Switzerland, France, England, Spain, Belarus, Turkey, and Hong Kong. The Foundation is dedicated to preserving the psychological well-being of young patients, offering moments of serenity and support during their hospital journey.
